SHIPPING & RETURNS
The ALL I SEA online store ships to most locations in the world.
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post eParcel and courier services which offers a 1-3 business day service within Sydney and Melbourne metro.
For interstate orders deliveries will take between 3-5 business days.
For orders from Perth, deliveries will take 5+ business days.
We offer a same day express courier service for Sydney and Melbourne metro areas if orders are received before 2pm.
All orders placed before 2pm are shipped that afternoon, or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or a public holiday.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 for all orders. Same day delivery for Sydney and Melbourne metro areas have flat fee of $25.
All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not available, your parcel will be left at the closest Australia Post Office. Unfortunately, we do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option.
Please be advised that there may be a delay of 1 - 2 business day delay during extremely busy periods, such as sale.
Orders are shipped via DHL. You can choose: one or two options
- UPS Worldwide Express
2-3 business days for orders made before 2pm AEST
- UPS Express Saver
3-5 business days for orders made before 2pm AEST
Shipping prices are set by UPS and are quoted at the checkout.
Our international shipping prices includes custom duties and taxes; customers are not charged upon delivery.

Delivery and Returns
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on www.allisea.co and is applicable to all customers worldwide.
ALL I SEA reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a retail store or ALL I SEA Stockist. Items purchased from an ALL I SEA Stockist are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy.
ALL I SEA cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of www.allisea.co.
We accept refunds on all full-priced purchases when a Returns Authorisation (RA) number is granted and the garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be sent to the ALL I SEA head Office (addressed above).
Garments must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, hygiene liners attached and in original packaging.
Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washes will not be accepted.
Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
Please follow the below steps to return a purchase:
1 Read the ALL I SEA Online Store Returns Policy below to ensure your return is eligible.
2 Contact our Customer Care team (via email firstname.lastname@example.org) to request a Returns Authorisation number.
3 We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
4 Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be reversed onto your original form of payment.
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. credit card used.
Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges.
At this point in time, we do not offer an exchange service in the traditional sense. As we dispatch and deliver so quickly, it is simply easier to return your original order for a refund and make a new purchase.
The ALL I SEA Online Store does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible on email@example.com. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Please wear under garments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the plastic protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled.
All pricing is made in Australian dollars (AUD).
All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.
We offer the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, AMEX, Apple Pay
ALL I SEA is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
When you place an order to purchase a product from ALL I SEA we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order. Our acceptance of this offer to purchase will be at the time we dispatch that product to you and a confirming email in this regard is sent. The acceptance will be complete at this time. It is agreed at the time you place an order it is your intention to enter into a contract with ALL I SEA Pty Limited.
