HEAT WAVE WORKOUT

The Australian wave is heating up gyms across the country. With active swimwear at our fingertips, we thought we'd supply you with a beachside workout to get you out in the breeze and into the water ASAP.
Working out at the beach not only gets you in the fresh air and by the sea breeze, but the soft sand does wonders for joint stability and core strength. 
Have a go at this workout and follow up with a refreshing dip!
